Asurion Headquarters:
Custom Privacy Glazing
The “choppy water” pattern, like all the others for this project, is seamless and rooted in the biophillic designs and color tones already curated for Asurion’s flagship interiors.
Simple is anything but…
After collaborating tirelessly with a top tier interior design agency to select beautiful finishes and fabrics for Asurion’s new Nashville headquarters they realized no privacy glazing had been selected or even proposed. When initially exploring vendor options it became clear that the usual geometric and linear patterns just weren’t going to coordinate with the rest of the office.
A small sampling of the fabric swatches used as wallpaper and interior design detailing across the Asurion headquarters.
To keep things on theme and in brand I scoured the internet and even my local library for existing illustrations, patterns, and photography that aligned with the biophilic design. With the fabric swatches above and the wood and stone finishes scattered around the building I settled on pitching a total of twelve patterns for the privacy glazing, 3 in four distinct categories: wood, water, mineral, and life.
